Customer care in the airline industry has to be one of the most challenging areas in aviation today and when on the first of July 2007, Aviance broke the monopoly at KIA Emma led the way. Lufthansa German Airline and Emirates were the first airlines to entrust Aviance with passenger handling. Others quickly followed.

The picturesque atmosphere on that first day was simply breath taking. One could not help but admire the well-motivated, highly trained and enthusiastic selection of young graduates whose gaiety portrayed the determination of Aviance to take the passenger-handling sector by storm.

Grooming and positive customer related attitudes are high on the teaching programme as we serve the world’s travellers and provide an international service standard.
