The ISAGO trained Operations department is the command center of the Company. All aircraft handling requests are channeled through this department for onward circulation and mobilization of resources for smooth handling of the flight.

The department is made up of TRC (Turnaround coordinators), Aircraft Loading Supervisors (SAL) and Load planners.

TRC

They are responsible for the safe turnaround of aircrafts. They coordinate and ensure that all stakeholders (catering, fueling, etc) are position on time to deliver their respective services

UWTRC

They are responsible for the safe loading of the aircraft. They use a document called CPM or LDM to offload containerized aircraft or bulk-loading aircraft respectively. Whilst they use a LIR to load the aircraft.

Load Planner

The Load Planner is responsible for the weight and balance calculation of the aircraft. In doing so they receive fuel figures from Captain and passenger and baggage weights from Passenger Handling and Baggage Make-up respectively. After receiving these information, they then prepare the Load sheet for the flight.

Load Control
