AVIANCE GHANA HANDLES COVID-19 VACCINE AT KIA.


Aviance Ghana Limited on Wednesday 24th February, 2021 assisted the Ghanaian government to receive about 600,000 doses of the AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine licensed to Serum Institute of India through the World Health Organization’s COVAX facility.


Ghana becomes the first country outside India to receive the vaccine shipped through the COVAX facility. Aviance Ghana Limited was tasked in handling the vaccines from the aircraft to the cold vans of the Ghana Health Service at the Terminal 3 of Kotoka International Airport.



In attendance at the historic moment were some government officials, diplomats, press and some jubilant Ghanaians.


Aviance Ghana is proud to be part of this historic moment in the fight against COVID – 19.
